Lakecrest Park hosted a complimentary continuing education class: Ethics, for area Realtors taught by Rob Cook on Tuesday, June 9. Agents enjoyed breakfast, lunch and a chance to win door prizes compliments of Chesmar Homes in Lakecrest Park.

Lakecrest Park celebrated the opening of two new furnished model homes by Chesmar with a Grand Opening event last weekend.

During the Grand Opening, home buyers enjoyed free Crave Cupcakes while they toured the new model homes.  Over 70 entries were collected for the $1,000 Shopping Spree with Brandon Walker selected as the winner. No purchase is required to register and all entries have an equal chance of winning.

On Tuesday  September 9th, Houston Realtors attended the Lakecrest Park VIP Realtor Grand Opening Event. Chesmar Homes has two new furnished model homes now open in this new Katy-area community.

Realtors were entered to win one of two Apple iPad Minis just for visiting. Donna Rooney with Keller Williams and Susan Jones with Century 21 - Western Realty are the lucky winners.

Agents enjoyed a fabulous lunch by Tavola Catering while previewing the new models.
